Reserved a U-Haul trailer at this location and everything went smooth! Carlos was very kind and helpful. He called to confirm everything and ensured the trailer type I asked for was available. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a trailer pick up and I’ve done quite a few.
Carlos gave us a great customer service experience! We reserved a big Uhaul truck for early morning pick up; however, they don’t open until 1 on the weekends and so he reached out the day prior to coordinate early morning pick up (which we needed). Additionally, he thoroughly inspected the vehicle, checked fluids, and verified we had a good truck. He’s such a nice guy, and we really appreciated the effort.
