The guy was really nice when I texted him, set up and appt he came next day like he said he would. He did a roof inspection, gave me his flyer and said that he would have an estimate to me by the end of the day or the next day at the latest. Once I told him I wasn't going to use insurance he tried to offer a public adjuster ( we already went that route) when I told him we'd rather just get the quote for out of pocket he stopped responding, I've texted him multiple times and I've just been ghosted. I recently hired Centrik Roofing for a full roof replacement, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The team was professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every step of the process in detail.
NOT IMPRESSED WITH CENTRIK ROOFING AT ALL!!!!!!! Was referred to Agusto, called him, he came out to estimate the project and then when I called him to discuss, he was very hesitant to guarantee me there would be no more leaking. Here it's a week after Agusto inspected roof and still no estimate. I can't even get a call back from Augusto. Very UNPROFESSIONAL company in my opinion. Glad this happened up front so I don't have to fight them in court later. Very disappointed with Centrik and Agusto.
