Service was prompt, arrived on time, super friendly, fixed the problem and explained what was wrong and what we can do to maintain the Sub Zero better. Repair costs were reasonable too. I definitely would use Centric again!
Superb! Could not be happier! Easy to schedule, prompt, organized, friendly, professional. Clearly described findings with ice maker. Advised have plumber change the valve. Once that was done, another visit was promptly scheduled. Adrian took the time to educate me about how he knew he ice maker needed to be replaced. He quickly replaced it, and laughed with me on my requesting to get in and clean some of the freezer that I normally cannot reach! We have never had such nice ice and so many ice cubes! I was totally pleased with Centric SubZero Repair. Not only did Adrian Loughlin know the ins and outs of my refrigerator, he was a pleasant guy to have in the house as well.
Quick honest and got it right the first time. Excellent service. Love this company. Called them cold.
