This company left me out in the cold!!! One morning they texted me and said "we are dropping you from our patient list". So I was without any kind of wound care. I'm assuming I'm not the only person that got SHAFTED!!!! I was told they didn't have enough nurses to go around. Also was told I wasn't a priority patient. I didn't choose this company. Veterans hospital choose this company for me. To all my fellow comrades, do not let this company take care of you. Because you might be dropped from the patient list like I was.
Hasn't followed through on promises or benefits. I had high hopes and everyone who we have interacted with has been so nice, but we chose this company for specific benefits my mom would have gotten had we not opted for this company, along with a specific provider. They never followed through. Sad and disappointed.
We have ongoing care with my father in law for physical and occupational therapy. Technicians and nurses when they arrive are excellent but the company is terrible about letting us know when people are coming and they have yet to call us when someone can’t make it.
Our beloved Papa passed tonight. Clifford was his Nurse. Thank you for being so kind, compassionate, and treating him and all of us so special. Our family appreciates you more than we can express in words.
My team for my father-in-law with dementia has been absolutely amazing. Kenny, David and Joy aren't just a nurse, a PT therapist and a shower aide, they have became family. This disease takes a village and I'm so happy they are in ours. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
