RecommendedDr. Hale has been my optometrist for 20+ years! She is THE best! As well as being extremely knowledgeable, she's always cheerful, punctual, and thorough. Within our family there have been several items that we've had to go to specialists for, but Dr. Hale always follows up, keeps track of what's going on, and in several cases has done extra research and/or checking on her own to help us make quality decisions. I see Dr. Moore every year and she always treats me like I am her only patient. She doesn't rush, she answers questions without making me feel like I am bothering her. Great practice... GREAT practitioner!
First visit today. Total satisfaction with all staff. Receptionist, pre-test staff, optician, billing staff and.Dr. Simms. Clean, bright, office. High tech exam.
Dr. Moore is fantastic! Have been going to her for eye exams for 30 years. Top notch exams and great staff.
All of the people who work there are wonderful, especially the people in the optical shop. I've been with them since they opened many years ago, and I've never been treated rudely. The doctors are excellent too! This is a great place! I would highly recommend them!
No one was rude to me, I had my first visit a few months ago after relocating from a FL. I was very pleased with this practice and will continue to have my exams done there
Front desk people are rude on the phone and in person. They make no effort to be pleasant. I'm looking for a new optometrist even though I like Dr. Simms.
Front desk is incredibly rude. Really bad attitudes.
