If I could give negative stars, I would. Our experience with Zanna was deeply disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. She rushed us to sign documents without allowing adequate time for review and repeatedly called us during work hours, despite being explicitly asked not to. Most concerning, however, were her discriminatory remarks. Discriminates against credit score… won’t even allow you to tour a home
My experience with Sean Kostka has been up and down. I would not recommend him as a realtor. Although intially very cooperative and communicative, after we put in our first month of payment for rent, he went offline. It was difficult to communicate and reach him, and he was unresponsive to texts, calls and voicemails. There was a lack of communication when we needed help, and because had already signed the contract we were out of sight and out of mind. Reached out three times about an apartment listing. The only reply I received was a text from Joanne saying she was on the phone. I texted back info and apartment I wanted to see. Never heard a word from them. Totally useless.
