Alessandra helped 2 out of state grad students navigate the Boston apartment hunt. We were ghosted by several realtors along the way. Alessandra followed up on all of our questions and walked us thru every step. She did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend her.

However, the experience that followed was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. For the initial property showing, the agent arrived approximately one hour late, with no me... read more
Very bad service. Especially Sean Kostka, who is rude, unprofessional and attempted to bring people for a viewing without asking me first.
