Highly advise against working with this realty group. Have had a very negative experience with their realtor Nabil Alabed, and this shows poorly on the entire company. Trying to force us out of an apartment early without 0 communication or notice (asking us to leave in about 23 days, despite having a month and a half left on the lease) due to the owner selling the building. I am writing this review based solely on my personal experience as a buyer with Realtor Matthew Javity. I am not a real estate agent and engaged directly with the listing agent to purchase a property they were representing. From the outset, I expressed that I wanted the listing agent to also represent me as the buyer, which was verbally acknowledged. If I could give negative stars, I would. Our experience with Zanna was deeply disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. She rushed us to sign documents without allowing adequate time for review and repeatedly called us during work hours, despite being explicitly asked not to. Most concerning, however, were her discriminatory remarks.
