Scheduled an appointment over the phone for the next day. Upon arrival I was told by the appointment coordinator that she didn’t remember my name and there was no appointment for me. I informed her that I called yesterday and she became argumentative saying she was the only one who made appointments. She stated she didn’t remember my name, therefore, I was mistaken. I have had the privilege of being helped twice by these folks. Both times I was given superb care with a focus on what I wanted to accomplish. I felt heard and like all my needs were met. With the professional care of Chris and Scott I was able to avoid a surgery and get back to a point where I can do the things I enjoy. I can't say enough good things about these folks and the care and attention they show.

The lady at the counter is NOT helpful at all. And I asked for help she was VERY rude not wanting to help at all! I don’t understand why someone would work in health is she isn’t wanted to help!! I figured it out myself and then told her how I did it and she was rude again. My goodness I just wanted to help you help the next. Will not do this place again for sure!
