Chris is an amazing PT! Knowledgeable and takes the time to educate you on how to get better and then maintain that physical condition. His exercises, bike, traction, and most especially, dry needling, took me from what I said was a 15 on the pain scale (10 didn’t quite cover it) for about 5 weeks, to pain free in the period of about a month and a half. You cannot go wrong with having Chris be part of your care and I will definitely seek him out again, if issues like this come up.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would The customer service is TERRIBLE.I was a patient at CORE and I’ve also referred several friends. When I went in for my first visit I felt as though everything was a rush,I was only seen by the Physical Therapist for about 15 minutes which is unacceptable ,I do not feel as though that is patient care.I try to give the benefit of the doubt so assumed it could have just been a busy day.After my first appointment I scheduled my follow up appointment and again the patient care was horr... read more
