Incredibly rude receptionist. Called the clinic because my OB-GYN at st Mary's told me to call them to ask for a doctor for my baby. Receptionist was completely rude, almost hung up on me several times before I was even done talking. The call was only 3 mins long, and considering this is a pediatric clinic, you would think the receptionist is more jovial. Je fais affaire avec la clinique Bloom depuis plusieurs années, pour mes 2 enfants et je constate que le service se dégrade depuis quelques temps. Pour exemple, j'ai pris 1 Rdv pour l'ORL de mon fils, afin de procéder à une intervention importante pour lui, et relativement urgente. Je reçois 1 appel qui mentionne que le RDV à été avancé d'1 semaine, ce qui n'aurait pas été problématique si nous n'étions pas en vacances à l'étranger. This clinic has repeatedly treated me with disrespect as a white English-speaking patient. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered this type of behavior here. I felt that I was treated differently because I am white and speak English, and the attitude and lack of professionalism I experienced were unacceptable. The secretaries are the face of this clinic, and some seem to forget that. Their rude and disrespectful behavior reflects poorly on the entire organization.
