IOP program seems decent, but the entire admission process felt incredibly disconnected and impersonal. I didn't feel particularly understood at any point during. This was furthered by the program being entirely virtual. I also felt that this program would not be super autism friendly, nor trauma informed. Not bad, not great; I expect a bit better from an established program at a full service hospital. This felt too similar to the corporate program I did an intake with for that. I'm sure it is the right fit for some.

I am forever grateful to have my psychiatrist, Rob Prevatt. He and his team at porter made me comfortable in my time of crisis. He gave me strength to be a better person, showed me that I was'nt a lost soul and all I needed was to be heard. If your life is in crisis` which a lot of people are in, they have helped me to turn things around. I recommend them for one reason only- I have clarity, they cared an helped, Now I see a better future. i hope you do too.
These 4 stars are for the AWESOME nursing team! They were by far the most amazing nurses and counselors I could have asked for! They were very attentive and helped in anyway they could. Steve, Rhonda, Jess just to name a few made my experience one I will never forget! Now that missing star… Dr. Wang, she never gave me a chance. Staff very rude, doesn’t answer questions. Sat in the er for 9 hours Staff not around to get questions answered most of the time no one could my questions.
