I was a friend of Scott's growing up . We were in school , 4 H , and rode together . He is a bright , committed , hard working fellow - plus we had a lot of good , clean fun . I'm glad he's doing so well . I've always trusted him implicitly .
Each Dr. has made sure to put my mind at ease and has taken the time to answer my many questions. The staff has been VERY diligent about informing me what times the Dr.s will be arriving and the once a month billing is VERY convenient. The Dr.s and staff care here, I have not felt like "a number" and their follow up is fantastic. Love all you guys, thank you for being so wonderful!
They charge you before you receive a bill first off. Second, you think you're clear on instructions for a PPE and they don't follow it. Third they take a lot of X-rays even thought verbally it was going to be a max of about 14 and you get charged 24. After 4 days and getting the agent involved, you get the boatload of X-rays and a lot are bad but you get charged anyway. Dr. McAlister and is staff are the very best. They are the best vets that I know. I have known Dr. McAlister since I was a young girl and I would reccomend Dr. McAlister and his staff to anyone who askes me for a good vet. They have helped me out soo many times and they are always soo full of advice and the vets will try and guide you thru' if possible to avoid a vet bill for you..
