Extremely rude representative. Unreal how poor the communication skills are.
When talking to a representative, I asked him to send me via email a list of family doctors since my family hasn't had one yet. To my surprise, the representative was so mean by saying," you don't have a pen a piece of paper?' I wonder if that guy knows that I may have some disabilities (Physical or intellectual or if not me, what about disabled people? By the way, up to now, I haven't received any service from this center though I called them more than ten times in a couple of days.
