Centre Court opened in 2016. For several years, professional landscaping was contracted to beautify the fire pit area, and adjacent pool area. Over the last few years, professional landscaping has been dropped and water to plants and trees has been turned off. FROM JULY 2023-I just moved in last month and mostly Maverick in office who did a fantastic job [btw] helped with my move in. I did had a couple service requests in and the prompt attention to my issues I feel needs to be recognized. Justin from maintenance has been very responsive through app and email. they both in my honest opinion have set the bar pretty high as far as customer service. When our previous manager chose to take another position Maverick came in and got to know not only the property but residents and focused on detail and made this 5 star residence even better ! Likewise, Justin’s expert maintenance skills and professionalism when a repair is needed adds substantially to ‘ the good life’ here at Centre Court. 2 years later still a great place to live . Only minor improvements needed. Will speak with the current manager about those.
