I want to compliment Maintenance Technician Rubin Thomas. Mr. Thomas solved a major concern for Centre Court residents. For years, noisy bathroom fans ran 24/7, 365 days a year waisting electricity. Residents and staff were told incorrectly that the problem could not be fixed. Mr. Thomas was determined to correct the problem. He did his research. He contacted and followed up with vendors. His dedication to Centre Court residents is amazing. Thank you many times over from all of us at Centre Court.
I have renewed my lease for the second time. I love living here because it’s relatively quiet and the neighbors are a mix of all ages. The amenities are appreciated especially the garbage pickup and elevators. It is centrally located to Denver , Boulder and mountain ski areas. I love it here and am happy with my apartment!! There is a sports bar, great pizza, Dollar tree, massage Elements, yoga, nails and hair right there in the parking lot along with Shamrock foods. King Soopers is also close by.
I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff members of Centre Court apartments for an exceptional job that they do for their community. I would like to thank Marilyn and Martha for their hard work and dedication to the community, A special shout out to Marylin the office manager who has gone up and beyond the called of duty to make our community feel like home. Tashein and Mr Rubin really solved our Refrigerator problem. They went out and got a new one and brought it into the apartment and set it up. It was above and beyond the call of duty to have put that much effort into it and the customer service ethos and friendliness was excellent! Thank god for these guys. Really made our day and it’s great to have ice again!
Good location, rent seems reasonable.
