Marc the guy who answered me had the attitude of a guy who is not at all willing to sell... like if he was making me the favour of selling me a $1,700 bike for my 7 year old kid. Because of the Coronavirus situation people cant sell and would do anything to sell and this guy had such a bad attitude not willing to sell. I have never written a review in my life but this guy had such a bad attitude.
Bought a bike. They said it would ship next day. We have emailed asking for tracking, called asking for tracking and left messages asking for tracking. They cannot/will not provide us with one.
RecommendedI ordered a Kona online be and talked to someone at the shop twice and they were just straight awesome and helpful. Great experience overall, stoked to have gotten my new Process from them
Marc the owner is honest, know his stuff and most importantly he's a rider himself both MTB and road. Everything's reasonably priced, and he do not up sell you with parts you don't need. Support your local bike shops!
I moved to San Diego area a few years ago from Washington area.I brought my bike in for a tune up and they did a great job! The bike looked brand new! I wasn't too familiar with riding venues or clubs so Marc, the owner of the shop, told me about many of the riding spots, gave me some maps, and wrote down some of the local riding clubs. The shop has a very nice feel to it!
On vacation this week and I stopped by to get some work done for a ride. The guys were quick to help me out and get me on my way. Great shop and very nice people!
