the good and the bad. so Ive rented from these guys for two years, the first year was great. I had no issues whatsoever. I shared the apartment with my sister and left it as clean as when we moved in, minus some tack holes. the next apartment from them i rented was Maray apartments, at first it seems like a great place. since moving into that place, I have had nothing but problems. the problems included: -no hot water for a week + one random day. - the pipes in the walls banging and clanging for a week straight. -a neighbor ... read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. Absolutely atrocious slum lords. Do not rent here. You will deeply regret it.
They rarely if ever answer their phone, never call you back when they say they will and don't answer voicemails. They used to have an emergency number but they never answered that either so they got rid of it. Our hot water is not working and I have no way of knowing if they are even aware, let alone if something is being done about it or when. That's just the most immediate and ongoing issue I've had with them, but in no way is it the only. Will never reccomend this company, to the point where I'd actively discourage people... read more
