No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? My 14 yr old had her wisdom teeth out. I felt like it was the "Jiffy Lube for Oral Surgery". They brought us to the room where she had the procedure and explained everything and then I left the room into the waiting room. I asked to use the bathroom and walked by and the door was wide open and saw all of the people prying her mouth open and it was something a parent shouldn't see. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously... read more
