Waste of tax payers dollars. Took 5 hours for two of their reps to conclude that the individual “does not meet criteria” for a hold - after assaulting 2 staff, charged at another roommate several times. Its laughable that they need to see the assault happen with their own eyes before considering an event “considerable”. They said “call their psychiatrist for a follow-up” - like Captain Obvious we do that twice a month! We are trying to address a crisis! THEY OFFER NO VALUE. ZERO. Head straight to ER psych units instead of re... read more

Horrible team I would give zero stars if I could. Also it should be noted these are not psychologist or psychiatrists these are clinician's. They a group of three came to my son's school just because the after school program called them and decided to place my son on a unnecessary 51/55 72 hr hold at choc hospital which traumatized him even more and choc said it was unnecessary and he didn't belong there after a real Dr talked to my son and discharged him sooner then 72 hrs. If they have the power to put your child on hold t... read more

If I can give them zero stars I would! Second time bad experience like the first. They asked my kid questions past midnight, they just woke him up and asked him the usual are u hearing voices and do u feel like hustling yourself and others and other usual questions. Just by asking him those kind of questions when he is half awake gets him gets him sent to a mental hospital. How can he have suicidal thoughts or hearing voices or made a plan when they just woke him up. They said he was alert but he was not when i came back rig... read more

These people weren’t helpful at all and wasted our time and money. $500 for them to come out so don’t bother. All they said was there was nothing they could do after a family member endangered herself and all of us. Thanks a lot for nothing.

$1000 for a 30 minute useless evaluation. Did not consent to, did not request them, did not ask for anything from them. Showed up at my house. Weeks later gets a bill for $1098.98. Unprofessional people, did not help at all. Do not even give them a chance, worst mistake ever. Will not be seeking help from the Orange County Health Care Agency for as long as I live.
