Prime locations charged $60 per month for not signing a new lease. This was after I;d lived there 18 months, with rent paid on time & no damage done. My original lease said it was for 6 months and monthly thereafter. Not fair! Lease also said no smoking in or near the building. Almost all smokers sit on their patios, and the non-smokers have to walk through the cigarette & pot smoke.
