I went to see Dr. Word for some chronic tension / low-level pain in my hip. I have significant scoliosis which is the main reason why my left hip tends to store tightness and tension. Dr. Word adjusted me and gave me some stretches and exercises for my posterior chain that I can do in order to stay pain-free.
