The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they work closely with The local community college to help out the welding students make sure they have all the equipment they need. They also offer student discounts which is great!
I cant give these guys enough credit. They saw me go from a student to getting my structural cert and getting into my career. This company offers great discounts for students to keep things affordable. They offer great advice and always have great recommendations on tools and consumables. Also Garth is the man!
Been going to this central welding for years, its always hit or miss weather your going to get good customer service since Shannon past. Well today was the last time I will shop here, Garth desperately needs a lesson on Customer service, as well as some of the other employees. They treat customers as if you are bothering them, or don't know what your talking about, even though we are professionals and been in the trade for over 30 years. Avoid this particular one. The manager there Kris is off his meds. There was confusion about me being a student at the community College. He became irate, called me a liar , and told me fu%k you the school and your pipe union. Always had good luck at the smokey point store. Won't make that mistake again.
