Central Washington RV service tech has repeatedly lied about helping us. We waited all month for them to come fix this awning that gave way/collapsed on us because bolts were not secured properly by the builder. During a phone call Jeremy Bahr made this morning to them to confirm they were coming to fix this dangerous situation that immobilized our travel trailer. We have had our camper for a year now and loving everything about it. 3 times camping already this year. We just bought our new Trav trailer from Central Washington RV and I absolutely loved every aspect of our experience. Everyone was so amazing and helpful. Travis is absolutely the best!
