Bought a new Springdale this summer2019. I have lived and worked in this trailer since March. A super easy smooth buying process. I’m great full for that alone. I cranked on the heater about 300 miles away and no bueno. I made the drive today to see what was going on with. Needless to say a electronic piece went out in it. Stuck now with a part that needs to be ordered. These service guys are going above and beyond to get me back on the road tonight to back at work early in the morning. We were leaving town for our 4th of July camping trip today, our brake controller stopped working when we left the house. I made a few calls and no one could get us in. We decided to stop by Central Washington RV and see if they could help us out. Talk about some amazing customer service. There were about 4 guys trying to help with the issue, it took about 45 mins but they were able to get us on our way safely!
