The doctor is very good with children and goes out of his way to make your kids comfortable.
Today was a sad day when one of my kids was dropped as a patient but not the others because his insurance doesn't pay as high as the others, it was made obvious when I was told they won't do his cleanings but will do any treatments he may need. We have seen Dr. Neal for years for all our kids(we are a foster family) and he has been such a wonderful doctor even being available for emergencies after hours. 4 of my kids had appointments today. We got there at 10:20am for a 10:30 appointment time. A couple minutes after checking in we were all taken back together. We were done and out of there at 11:07 am. That is amazing for 4 kids! Fully expected it to take a lot longer. The staff is very patient and kind. My kids always look forward to going to the dentist. I appreciate them being able to get my kids scheduled together.
They are great with kids. I admire the patience they have. Made my grandchild feel welcomed and special. Thank you!!!
Dr. Neal and Dr. Amy are amazing! They have treated both our daughters amazing! They’re always willing to go the extra mile! I would highly recommend their practice!
We feel like we are more part of a family than anywhere else we have been. The whole team is great with my daughter. I am more than pleased with their services. Highly recommend.
