Terrible customer service!! Very rude and unprofessional.
Had to load my dumpster and take it to their office for them to finally take my trash. Then got two smaller trash cans and today was first pick up. Not telling me they don’t take paint I had no idea after cleaning my basement. The driver yelled at us and literally tossed the trash can at our vehicle and drove off. Then after we got off the phone with someone from the office telling us that he will keep the paint in the truck he came back and literally tossed the paint onto the lawn and street in front of our store. POOR POOR SERVICE! Never again! Choice management number is 804.234.4444. Don’t waste your time with these lazy people.
For me it's been rotten as of August. I hardly get pick up. I speak with them often to no avail. I hate paying for a service NOT rendered!
Was troubled to hear about the dumping (and subsequent inaction) of toxic metals at a site designed to help uplift small business owners in our community. Hopefully the negative attention will move CVWMA to uphold its responsibilities.
