So u have call now an leave message to get call back 🤔ok I called Tuesday because I missed Monday was told to put on crib an someone would come as a courtesy pick up RIGHT ! That mess still at end of drive way which will go in trash tomorrow morning when I get off work sad I had nice lady that was coming around she was really n point I just don’t know I can’t let that stuff blow all n street an drive way
It would help if they actually pick up recycling. Signed up a month ago and they have not picked up my recycling on my day twice in a row (blue schedule, Fridays). Have left voicemails and emails. Occasionally I get an email response at 4:00 so there is no time to get anything done before they close at 5:00. Would never recommend to anyone. The only thing I expect from them is to pick up recyclables and they can't even manage that.
If we didn't have an outlet for recycling, then everything would be trashed. We need CVWMA!!
I've been trying to get my recycling can replaced since February. I've called and waited on hold and left messages and spoken to people in the office. My can was run over due to being left by pickup in the middle of the alley...twice. I've even offered to pay for a new can. Seems sad it takes so much to take part in recycling in Richmond. ***update: I got a phone call the day I posted this and received my new recycling can the next Sunday. The drivers that come by to pick up my recycle every other week are so nice and polite and helpful. When I ever have to ask them a ?? about possibility of something being recycled they are very informative and pleasant.
Drivers like to skip my containers.

I know these guys have what is considered a thankless job, but they are destructive and sloppy. I was leaving for work this morning and got blocked in my driveway by the truck, so got to watch them toss our empty bins from middle of the road over to the curb, kicking one that hadn’t made it out of the road. They are destroying most of the recycling containers and I’m not buying more.
