Whomever is on the phone is incapable of speaking clearly and talks down to anyone who calls. They make you feel like you are the problem and they are just dealing with you because they have to. I do not ever want to be seen by a clinic that has such poor customer service. Get new people with better personalities and courtesy on the phone. Avoid this place at all costs.
We travel from Woodbridge to go here, and we will keep coming back. PA Mark Ford is amazing - he addressed my son with respect, clarity, and compassion. The kind of health care professional you always hope to see! The billing department is friendly. In and out quickly. Great experience.

Doctor rushed through the appointment in record speed. Probably broke a world record. Never once gave me a diagnosis for the real issue I went in for. *BUT* the PA, Mr. Wood is fantastic. I’ve seen him several times and he has helped me tremendously. Staff and secretaries were pleasant. I had no issues with the wait time or facility itself either.
