A rural ER sent them an urgent review request, which was ignored. When I called to check on it, the nurse had an attitude and sent me to a voicemail so they could get me scheduled in about 6 months. Of course, nobody returned the voicemail. Negligent and disgusting.
Dr. McCrary performed a lumbar laminectomy on me and did an excellent job. There was an emergency at the hospital with the air handler not working and he was patient to wait for hours to be able to perform the surgery. I feel a lot better right after surgery, with most of the pain and pressure around my hips and legs gone. I felt immediate relief! I was hesitant and waited 2 years before I made the decision to do the surgery. Now I'd only wish I had gotten it done sooner! Excellent surgeon!
I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and the receptionist was very rude and the waiting room was full and some one who was over an hour and a half late for his appointment was seen long before I was I was the last person in the waiting room to be called a long long time after my appointment time and then I waited in the exam room for so long that I got up to go home and when I opened the door to leave there was finally someone on the other side of the door coming in and if I never see the place ever again it will be... read more
Working transportation - I enter the building to assure I'm dropping my client in the correct spot. This building has an upper and lower level. Enter the lobby and wait a moment before I hear a very rude "Can I help you?" I POLITELY explained my situation...once again I'm met with rudeness, asking what the patient's name is? POLITELY, I respond. Her response is to continue being rude and let me know they don't open till 9. Like seriously? No wander, my client said they were fed with this office - SMH.
