Extremely upset with the phone call I just received from the nurse Devin. I have been taking my kids here for 13 years. I just had a baby thats 4 days old who needs lab work done. I had an appointment with Fall hill yesterday, then had to rush to go get the baby circumcised because the attending doctor could not do it in the hospital due to an emergency. Corishia is the absolute best. She meets us with a smile every time and is always so helpful. She always talks to my girls and makes them smile. I love walking in and seeing her at the front desk! She definitely makes every experience better and is always willing to help ensure I get an appointment that fits my busy schedule. 1000+ stars for her!!
Changing my review. The one good thing about this facility is their nice doctors that are good with kids. The staff are very lazy. You have to go in-person to get anything done, because nothing will be properly faxed or e-mailed over, even to a doctor's office. This facility never told us at any point they don't have in-network doctor's and that they don't take our insurance, so we were surprised billed. We were give care against our consent, and now I'm about to have another baby while being sent to collections for somethin... read more
Had a great first time visit today with Dr. Cadill. My son really liked her. Staff was friendly and helpful especially since we just moved here. Hoping we found our pediatrician for our time here in FXBG!
Doctors may be great, but receptionist on phone is clueless and unhelpful. Need better staff.
