Dr. Reynolds used to be great. His practice has gone dramitically downhill. When my cat, a patient of 13 years, got sick I was told they were booked solid and they could not see her. I realize they are not an emergency vet, but that is unacceptable. They don't let you in the building to be present for exams. You don't get to talk to the Dr. directly. I highly recommend Central Veterinary Hospital for many reasons. We moved to Summerville in 2017 and they always showed compassion, love and professionalism with our dog, Klecko, even until he crossed the Rainbow Bridge yesterday. They were so kind to us and allowed us the opportunity to be with him even after the very end. They made a horrific day a little better with their kindness and empathy. Both of our heelers go here and we couldn’t recommend them more! Since moving here 2 years ago it was hard to find a family vet we loved but central vet is just that! They are so so kind and caring and willing to anwser any question and always willing to help your fur babies. They have life long a customer right here! 10/10
Central has always been a life saver for our family! I would trust noone else with my babies. I cant tell you how many times they have gone out of their way to care for my babies. The staff always has a smile on their face and makes me feel welcome. It's so obvious how much they love animals!!!
Thank you so much for seeing our new kitty Storm tonight. Nurse Nikki was so thorough with instructions and care and very compassionate and sweet to our newest family member. We called our regular vet and a vet that had previously seen the kitten with an emergency need and they could not see him until the following week. I called Central Veterinary Hospital because they were close and without any hesitation made room in their already busy day to help us. Again, thank you so much!
Their staff have always been excellent with all of our pups past and present. They really do care about all their fur babies and are a pleasure to deal with
The entire staff has been absolutely amazing to me and my cat, Ethel. They were the only place that would see her immediately when she needed to be seen the first time back in October. Since then we have been in and out several times and each time they are wonderful! The front staff has always been kind and courteous every time I have called and come in.
