Dr. Reynolds used to be great. His practice has gone dramitically downhill. When my cat, a patient of 13 years, got sick I was told they were booked solid and they could not see her. I realize they are not an emergency vet, but that is unacceptable. They don't let you in the building to be present for exams. You don't get to talk to the Dr. directly.
