So far it’s easy to get an appointment.
They never can help with appointment, the receptionist are rude.
I called to see if they accept my insurance and if they were accepting new clients. The lady who answered was very brass and short in her responses. My first impression was not a good one. Although they accept my insurance I will not be scheduling with them. We need more kindness and understanding from our mental health providers as well as their staff.
