I am a fairly new patient(2-2025) here at Central Valley Cardiovascular Medical Group,so far I have received excelente care from Dr. Amani. I have gone back for a echocardiogram,and a stress test. Each time the individuals that performed these test were excelente. I felt very comfortable and at ease during each test. The lady that did my echocardiogram is definitely a 5 star. One of the most horrific experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office. I was referred to this specialist by my primary doctor. Through the course of just being in the waiting room I read a sign that said it could take more than 3 hours to be seen by doctor. Shortly there after, an elderly male patient in a wheelchair comes out of his appointment infuriated. 1.Zero parking, 2. If you don't answer your mobile device, the office will call your emergency contact. This happened twice. This is a breach on my privacy as this is not a life/death situation, only an appointment. 3. If you return the missed call, you are directed to a Verizon Landline error message. VZ LL does not have a franchise agreement in Merced County. You can look at the wall from the reception windows and see the shoddy workmanship in the IT wall on the left.
