Yo I got a few reviews under my belt. So don’t listen to these other folks. The central transport from Hayward is fantastic. Always prompt, friendly and safe. They take care of the small details and that makes a difference. Remember if you got it. A trucker brought it.
These geniuses left a pallet of expensive electrical materials sitting in front of our business on a Saturday. Our operating hours are clearly posted on the door. No phone call, no attempt to ring the video doorbell — they just dumped the pallet outside, right off a public street in an industrial area. Thankfully, I noticed it on the security cameras and was able to drive to work to move it before anything was stolen. Keep delaying and rescheduling services without notifying me. Bad service
I got a shipping date then called to confirm the shipment time and the next blocked me. Bad customer service I would never use them again.
