I brought a friend here who was having leb pain. I was waiting out in tye car for her because I assumed I wasn't allowed to come in (Covid). She came out snf told me the r ceptionist had said I could come in with a mask, so I came in to the lobby with her, eith my mask on. My friend was called back. I didn't go back with her because she didn't ask me to and I know if she wanted me to or not. Had to drive an hr but they saved a spot for us... really like the Dr. she was pleasant, easy to understand and compassionate. Going to keep driving right past the quacks at the one in Whitney... when radiologist did not call back she called him! Can not recommend this clinic highly enough!
I called at 5pm and was left on hold by the automated answer service for 30 Minutes. I arrived at 5:30 and was told they were not taking any more patients although they don’t close until 6pm. I drive across town and was tested poorly. I would never recommend this establishment. They woman up front should be fired. If you have something “urgent” make sure you get there hours before they “supposedly” close. I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated and the absolute dismissal of me as a human. hire more staff so we don't have to wait over 30 minutes everytime we come. been sitting here for 45 now...
They have done great with my babies every time.
