Our experience with Ryker Rider has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Our bike has been in their possession on and off since November, and the issue has still not been properly resolved. After months of waiting, the bike was finally returned to us about a week ago. Unfortunately, it broke down again in less than two days after the facility claimed it was “fixed.” This raises serious concerns about the quality of the repairs being performed.
