John at CTMRS was legendary. I arrived when they were walking out and man the level of service at their location was amazing. In 15 mins he took care me in and out turned their light back on and helped me load up the metal panels I needed! You guys are great and terrific!! I appreciate you!!! John you’re the man!!!

Nice people and good material
After reading some other reviews about the customer service, I was concerned that I would be dismissed or rushed by the staff since I'm a homeowner ordering roofing material for the first time. The people working in the office were absolutely lovely and very helpful, though. They patiently answered all the questions I had and spent over an hour working with me on assembling my order. I don't think I could have had a better experience anywhere else. This is a great place from which to order your metal roofing components!
