I had been a patient of this dentist office for 10 years. A few months ago I received a notice from my insurance company that stated I received x-rays at my last visit, but I hadn’t. I called the insurance company to correct the billing error, and a few months later received this letter from the dental office stating that I had been dropped as a patient for reaching out to my insurance company. Our family has been going to Central Suffolk for over 10 years. Unfortunately we’ve lost respect and confidence in the practice to provide professional and unbiased treatment to it’s patients. The office manager should be immediately replaced if her actions do not reflect the climate of the overall practice. If not I highly recommend you do your due diligence and find another dental practice that will provide professional and an unbiased and professional dental experience.

Very professional and friendly office. Excellent dentistry. Wonderful and compassionate staff! Dr. B, Dr. Sal, Barbara, Joan, Paula, Lisa, Lori, Paul......all first class. Highly recommended. And they work with all insurance and discount dental plans including Aetna Access, EDP, Carington, Delta Dental, Met Life.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible.
