As others have mentioned the building is infested with bugs in the walls, the elevators are always broken, the hallways always smell like smoke, packages always getting lost or stolen, homeless always right outside begging, and a new one is we havent had hot water for over two months now, its barely warm above room temperature, can confirm with any and all of my neighbors. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.
I relocated back to Orlando from up north. I never seen my unit, I never came in for a tour. This was all a blind move but thank god for Aja!!! She is the sweetest and most caring woman. She ensured everything was on point for a smooth efficient move. She communicated with me even when I was anxious cause I was so far away but I trusted her. I would not recommend moving here.
