Joel from maintenance is always so nice and courteous whenever he comes by to help. He gets things done quickly and efficiently, and I really appreciate how professional and respectful he is. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, and it truly makes a big difference having someone like him around the complex!
I’ve lived here a few years and the maintenance team has always been top tier. I especially want to give a shout out to Felipe who has always been extremely professional and efficient at his job. He’s always friendly and it’s nice to know we have a maintenance team who genuinely cares!
By far the worst place I've ever lived in my life. They have a deal with a predatory towing agency and they get a kickback from every car towed,that's why they won't fix the gate.Like the smell of homeless people and crack this is the place for you. The pool is filthy and disgusting your neighbors are loud and obnoxious,none of the grills work, no views from the roof. Good luck living in an area that is not protected, my suggestion buy a gun learn how to use it for self protection. After one week zevo traps are full of fruit... read more
