Delivered 5 coils In and out 25min Tnx guys
There was a new guy driving the forklift and he was going slow and careful. Still got six coils unloaded pretty quick.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in the past 10+ years. After driving 80 miles from Chicago for a 2 p.m. appointment, I arrived early only to be told the product wasn’t finished. They gave me a rough estimate of 2–3 hours, and I was fine with waiting. After an hour and 15 minutes, they came back and said they wouldn’t even send the unfinished load — they would just load whatever product they had ready.
