Had an 8am appointment for a cleaning on 10/13/2020. This appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled once by Central Square Dental. Office is closed, I’ve been waiting in the parking lot for 35 minutes. I can see a new dentist in my immediate future.
They have either cancelled or rescheduled my appointments six times since I began seeing them earlier this year. Sometimes they call ahead to confirm appointment, and sometimes, like for today's, they do not. They are VERY POOR at returning calls of inquiry. For having an office in Central Square, their hours and days of operation, at this office, are extremely erratic. The last time I had an 8:00 am appointment, on Wed. Sept. 9th, the Dentist had run back to Fulton "for some emergency" and dis not return for 45 - 60 minutes... read more
The staff was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and explained the process thoroughly since this was our first visit, the hygienist was WONDERFUL with my boys and the doctor was lovely. Everyone was bright, welcoming and calming. I am so happy with how they treated my family that I am going to be switching dentists to this practice myself. Thank you Central Square Dental for being so warm and welcoming to this crazy family!
RecommendedMy daughter and I visited Central Square Dental today and we LOVE them!! They were very friendly and kind and caring. They helped explain to us about our insurance (we were being ripped off from our last dentist!). They checked with our insurance for certain procedures being scheduling me. We just love them! We’re making Central Square Dental our dentist!
We’ve been going here for years but since they changed dental hygienists and doctor it went down hill. The DH we had last time was terrible with my son whose 8 and had never had a problem with the dentist. We have since changed practices because of her. He was scared to go to the new dentist because she scarred him on our last visit to CS dental. He now loves his new dentist and we will never be back to CS. such a shame. We loved it here for the past 6 years the DHs and the doctor useto be great. Big mistake changing them!
The staff was very kind and gentle and helped ease my nervousness with their professionalism
So last year I went to this practice for the first time and didnt return. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Well, my daughter ( got to love our kids) made me another appointment and let me tell you something....What a difference. The front staff all changed out they are nice, polite and caring. Then I met my newest hero, Margaret the hygienist. I cant say enough about her patience with me. Very nice and her professionalism beyond what words can say. They’re awful with appointments! My 2.5 year old and I had an appointment today, I left work early and drove 45 mins, sat in their waiting room for 15 mins,THEN they tell me they cancelled my appointment. Supposedly left me two voicemails. I obviously didn’t get either of them. My SIL left this place for this reason, and after telling my Mother about it, she told me she did too. The other place she goes is affiliated, but different people run things.
