I had the kenetico 2100 water softner and k5 reverse osmosis system installed everything works great and service tech matt did a great job diagnosing problem with old system and getting new system installed great company to deal with!!
We had our system put in back in 2004 and have been very happy with our system. We just had to replace the RO system after 13 years & are very satisfied how the new one is working! �

System new in 2009, about 2012, started using a bag of salt in 3 days!!! Was told by service tech it was being airlocked which was caused by a faulty foot valve in the well pump???? Called other places, was told that is false. Went on for a couple years living with hard water due to frustration, finally called them back out, after the tech tore apart the main valve and cleaned it all up, it worked for about another 3 weeks, doing the same thing again, always gets stuck , or air locked, in the same position.
