I am an impressed & grateful first time customer of Central Services AC & Heating. I called the office at 4 p.m. on a Friday evening after returning from work to notice the AC was not working in our home. It was 104 degrees outside & 80 degrees inside our home. I did not want to go through the weekend of >100 degree temperatures without AC, so I made a late afternoon call to the office & within minutes, a technician was dispatched to our home. I discovered Central Services around 2005, and since then I haven't wanted to use anyone else for my home or my rentals. Anton, Joel, Andrew and all of their techs are professional, competent, reliable and most importantly, when I have issues they help me find the most cost effective solutions, no kidding! Once, a minor change to ductwork made a HUGE improvement, and another time, a high-dollar fan motor was replaced with a simpler model which provided nearly the same performance at half the cost. We had a great experience with this company. They were able to resolve our dryer issue when 3 other companies could not. They went the extra mile to send 2 folks out so one could be on the roof and the other in the laundry room. We will definitely call on them for future HVAC issues.
Anton and his crew have been taking care of my HVAC system since I moved here in 2005. The system is 24 years old but continues to hum right along providing ambient comfort through the extremes of Austin weather. I am very happy to have the support of Central Services AC & Heating.
