I have always had a great experience working with him. He has helped me with units for multiple clients over the years (even before it was Public Storage). He is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. My experience, so far, since this facility was bought by Public Storage, has been that, when you’re able to get in touch directly with the property, or need assistance when onsite, have been surprisingly positive!
