As a long time tenant at this location, I was a bit frantic to resolve my confusion about how Public Storage functions and how their policies differ from the previous owners. I called, left a message and the manager, Jacque, called me back quickly and RESOLVED my concern with care and professional empathy. Most significant, I think, was that she LISTENED to me and sought quick resolution! I was soooo impressed that I had to give her 5 stars. If it was possible, I’d give her more! Yes, I HIGHLY recommend this facility.

My experience here was absolutely amazing. The staff was super helpful snd very professional, especially Jacque.
Jacque she is very helpful and a wonderful person she helped us with getting an extra storage unit and was very verbal about how to work the storage and the pricing recommend coming here and asking for her help.
