We had a great experience here & are glad we got a unit with them.
Courtney was so helpful and supportive of my issue I had from transferring from one unit to another back in June. There was an error made and never got resolved. However, when I spoke to Courtney she listened to my problem. I had to call back this week requesting someone call me back and she called me with a resolution and explanation and I was able to pay for unit 6 months in advance. Thank you Courtney for all your help and support! It was a pleasure working with you

The customer service at this Santa Teresa location is top-notch, my needs are always met by the friendly staff there. Courtney especially! Thank you so much for the great service and look forward to calling this home for my storage needs. Already on my second storage locker!
