this place honestly is disgusting its infested with roaches. my neighbor has mentioned to me they are dealing with a bed bug infestation. the foundation of the apartment is so off I feel like am walking sideways. there is two screws in my room that you cant see sticking up from the carpet. I have stepped on it multiple times. I now have an infection on one of my feet. my neighbors car has been broken in to and stolen TWICE! also if your going to do laundry you ABSOLUTLY NEED to stay in the laundry room with your clothes. Yeah everything they say is true the pool wasn't even open on the hottest day always closed for maintenance they charge people a fortune for repairs by sub par maintenance men the gun shot herd all the time cop hear everyweekend and the residents that live are not respectfull there has been a van in my lot for years now I google earth it it was in the same spot for atleast two years now the people that own it use it as storage they cant do a thing about parking I live in the front and when my wife was pregnant she had to wal... read more
I do not suggest this place to anyone, they dont fix anything, work order takes forever and even then they dont know how to fix things correctly! and besides that,they have bed bugs in quite afew buildings. So many people have had to throw their furnature. STAY AWAY FROM THIS, NO BODY DESERVES TO BE IN THAT SITUATION!
WORST APARTMENTS EVER! My husband is military and stationed over there and my son and i stayed there for a week and i've never been to a more crappy place in my life. Everything said above is true the way the place looks speaks for it's residents,the residents are just as bad as the comestic aspect of these apartments. The AC in my husbands unit was broken and they said it's Colorado law that they don't have to service the AC WTF it was over 100 degrees with no AC.
