Do not trust this company with large-scale projects. We spent over $600K—including installation—for our new commissary, and they completely dropped the ball. The entire division left the company before our install, leaving us to fend for ourselves with half-installed equipment. The equipment wasn’t properly tested, and they hired subpar vendors. First and last time ordering. No communication that my product was on back order and told me 3 diferent dates that never ended up happening. Once I canceled the order I had to file a dispute to my credit card in order for them to refund me. NEVER AGAIN!. First impressions are extremely important and you lost my business indefinately.
I ordered a part from them and needed to return the item. I called them and spoke to an individual. I have emailed 5 times and get no response from the customer service department. Do not order from them if you want any level of service.
This Company will billed you on pre-paid invoices and they will charge you interest on it as well and you will have no one return your call or emails. Worst Company I have ever dealt with. I work at a school and we got a new Kratos holding proofing cabinet. Lasted 1-1/2 years. The electrical panel on the bottom fried. so less than 2 years it doesn't work and the school is out money. I just think that is a shame on the company who made it. The company didn't even offer anything.
