I ordered a table and chair set from Central Restaurant Products on August 26, 2021, and I have yet to receive the chairs. Only the table arrived in about two weeks, with large gashes in the top (see pics). Central Restaurant initially confirmed that it had accidentally shipped the chairs to an incorrect address in another state, despite sending the table to our correct address. On 5/11/20 we ordered hand sanitizer, and free standing dispensers and wall dispensers. Lead time was 2 weeks. We received the hand sanitizer but not the dispensers. In June, once the lead time had passed by more than a week we started emailing and calling the company to get a status. After multiple voicemails and emails with no response we sent an email on June 16th requesting a refund since it had been 5 weeks with no communication. What horrible company Albert was the seller he was very nice getting the money but when my freezer arrived completely broken he threatened me saying that I would never get my money back this is big scam company I would never again buy from them .
I have been a loyal customer of CRP for all my equipment & smallware for years and could not be happier. Super professional in communication and all phases of service (Huge shoutout to Scott!) . Very helpful in questions especially when you are spending thousands of dollars. When an issue arised with a manufacturer, CRP was able to make it right even though it was no fault of their own. Keep up the great work!

Ordered glasses online on January 28th, at which time were "in stock". Eight days later received an email that stated the glasses were in fact not in stock. Poor inventory control and customer service.
