Avoid this service – I had a broken spring in the dishwasher door which I wanted them to check out while they tried to fix the refrigarator. They charged me 85.15$ for "trip & diagnosis" while they were already here! could not fix anything!
Reserving Judment – Received a call indicating they are letting insurance handling my issue. Good. I will reserve judgment on them fixing their accident properly. Washer never was fixed but then again I did not want them back out to fix it but was willing and they smartly agreed that it was probably not in the best interest of either of us for them to attempt yet again to fix the washer.
