Staff and doctor very professional and courteous. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and spends time with me at each visit. He always answers all of my questions concerning my health.
Save your time and energy this is not a place that cares about customers. They do not care about the patients at all. The manager and receptionist and doctor are all very rude. Unekia or whatever her name is hung up the phone while I was talking extremely loud and harsh talking. I was admitted to the emergency room with severe bronchitis and a lung infection was referred this place by emergency. I will be letting them know that this place should not be on the recommendation list. Send me to Lakeland where are the nice people... read more
