I was blessed to rent a property for three years under Central Property Services. Tag was excellent, and he has been helpful throughout the entire process. This business is reliable, fair, and thorough in its work. Tag and his team go above and beyond. During my lease, they upgraded the shower and dishwasher, and both appliances were top of the line as well. All the workers are friendly and polite. Needless to say, I would recommend it to others. Great company, great owner.

Not a good property management service. Avoid them if you can. We were renting a place through a different property management company and were switched over to central property services. Things seemed okay, but that changed pretty quickly. Anytime we had to call Tag he was short with us and pretty rude. We kept getting emails from Tag wanted to do a walk through, but he failed to schedule anything. When we needed repairs done we would have to contact him several times. Sent a lease which conveniently increased the listed property rent by $300/mo. We were assured this was an honest mistake, though no one ever contacted us directly when they realized their error. When I asked about the discrepancy, they basically said “sorry, that’s the new price - take it or leave it”. We left it. We’ll see if they ever refund the application fees “plus $50 for gas”. I’m sure that check is already “lost in the mail”. Avoid these shysters.

I started out two years ago renting a condo in Ventura from Central Property Services and have had a great experience with all of the staff and especially Tag. He was very helpful and kind. Got us through the application process with no problems and anytime we had questions he was there to answer them. Whenever we needed to call them for maintanance and/or repair, the were always in top of it. The condo went up for sale and now we own it. Would definitely recommend Central Property Services.
