Horrible, the places are in great need of upgrades, communication with anyone at central properties is terrible, the walls are paper thin.. NO ONE picks up after their dogs, they let a lot of college kids live there, as well as they never give deposits back.. I would never rent from them again and highly encourage others not to as well..
DO NOT RENT FROM CENTRAL PROPERTIES! We lived at 711 N College in Warrensburg, MO for 3 years and were NEVER satisfied with them. The landlord was never available when we called and when we left messages, we hardly ever received a call back. It took them MONTHS to even install fire alarms for us. Everything in our apartment was terribly old. The windows and doors were so drafty, our AC and furnace were constantly running.
